C-RTK 9Ps Introduction

The C-RTK 9Ps is a Multi-star Multi-frequency GNSS system, It also supports dual GPS for yaw which can replace compassis useful for flight in complex magnetic environments such as close to power lines. It is a very cost-effective centimeter-level RTK module compatible with PX4/ ArduPilot open-source flight controllers. It is an ideal choice for UAV mapping, agricultural
applications, high-precision takeoff and landing, ship takeoff and landing and other applications requiring real-time highprecision navigation.

The CUAV Dual RTK 9Ps module features an RTCM 3.X interface, supports UART and USB connectivity, and has a MMCX antenna type. The physical parameters are as follows: operating voltage range of 4.5V to 6V, operating temperature range of -40C to +85C, dimensions of 47mm x 32mm x 12.2mm, and a module weight of approximately 30g.

The CUAV Dual RTK 9Ps module is a high-performance Real-Time Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) solution that leverages two C-RTK 9Ps modules: one for aircraft and another for base stations. Compared to other modules on the market, it offers similar performance at a more competitive price point.

The CUAV Dual RTK 9Ps module features an integrated u-blox FQP multi-star, multi-frequency satellite receiver that supports GPS, Beidou, Glonass, and Galileo four satellite systems. The module provides high accuracy positioning with a positioning error of up to 0.01 meters (RTK) and an Ippm CEP of [insert value].

The CUAV Dual RTK 9Ps module enables the base station to rapidly converge and transmit differential correction data to the rover unit, with convergence times as short as 30 seconds. Furthermore, the advanced Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) algorithm utilized in this module can deliver centimeter-level positioning accuracy within a similarly brief time frame of approximately 30 seconds.

The CUAV Dual RTK 9Ps module enables accurate estimation of yaw, even in complex electromagnetic environments. Additionally, the dual compasses typically found in UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) can be replaced with this module, allowing for improved navigation and orientation in challenging conditions. Furthermore, this module’s capabilities also enable electric power inspection to be performed effectively in complex environmental scenarios.

The CUAV Dual RTK 9Ps module features identical designs for both the sky unit and rover unit, utilizing the same firmware across both components. As a result, users can quickly switch between the two units by simply loading different configuration parameters.

The CUAV Dual RTK 9Ps module includes two cables: an LX7 Series cable with a UART-to-GPS interface (250mm in length), as well as two PX4 GPS YAW cables, each featuring a UART2-to-UART2 interface.
