A: Yes. The two channels of the UP600+ are completely independent. They can simultaneously and separately charge two batteries with different voltages and capacities using different currents and modes.

Q2: Is the maximum 25A current safe for charging my battery?

A: Whether the charging current is safe depends on the battery’s own tolerance. Please check the “charging rate” (e.g., 1C, 2C) on the battery label. For example, a battery labeled “5000mAh 2C charge” has a maximum safe charging current of 5Ah * 2 = 10A. Using the UP600+’s high current is safe and efficient as long as it does not exceed the battery’s allowed maximum charging current.

Q3: When should Storage Mode be used? How to use it?

A: Storage Mode should be used when you expect the battery to be idle for more than a week. This mode automatically charges/discharges the battery to the ideal storage voltage of about 3.85V per cell. Simply select “Storage Mode” in the menu, connect the battery, and start. The charger will automatically determine whether to charge or discharge.
