Description
Overview
This GNSS/GPS receiver board is based on the u-blox ZED-F9P-01B-01 module for high-precision RTK and multi-band GNSS positioning. The board is marked with: RTK ZED F9P, High Precision, Multi-band, RTK, and GNSS BOARD. It supports multiple GNSS constellations (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS) and is designed for applications where accurate positioning and RTK correction workflows are required.
Key Features
- USB-C connector for easy connection to u-center for configuration and quick viewing of NMEA sentences
- Can connect to Raspberry Pi or other single-board computers via USB
- Enumerates as a serial COM port over USB (independent of the UART interface)
- Onboard 3.3V regulator to regulate 5V USB input to 3.3V required by the module
- Power options: external 5V input, or direct 3.3V supply
- Power note: if supplying 3.3V directly, a clean supply with minimal noise is recommended (less than 50mV VPp ripple is ideal for precise positioning)
- 3.3V regulator capability: 600mA from 5V input; USB-C connection capable of delivering 2A
