Many titanium products on the market come from the same two factories in China, where custom finishes often take precedence over material quality. At 1up Racing, we took a different pathspending years carefully sourcing premium materials and trusted partners to develop our Pro Duty Titanium line. These components are custom made to our specs in Taiwan, using top-tier 6AL4V Grade 5 titanium to ensure strength and reliability. While we work hard to keep our pricing competitive, well never compromise on quality. When performance matters most, you can trust 1up Racing Pro Duty Titanium to deliverevery time.
Installation Note:We recommend usingGenuine MIP 2.0mm Hex Driver Wrenchesfor the best hex engagement and fit.The majority of screw/hex failures we see is caused by over-tightening during installation. If you’rehaving issues with screws backing out be sure to use a thread locker rather than cranking these down super tight. This ensures the hex will stay in excellent condition andyour Pro Dutyscrews can be used over and over again for years to come.
Useyour kit steel screws at the bottom of the chassis.Using titanium screws at the bottom would raise the car’s CG and reduce stability and corner-speed.While alternatives like brass or tungsten screws are available, we’ve found that they are either too soft and break easily, or so rigid they reduce chassis flex and negatively affect handling.
